The purpose of this project was to replace worn tracks and related work from West Portal Avenue and 15th Avenue through the Saint Francis Circle intersection, and continue into the M-line exclusively right-of-way on Junipero Serra Blvd. to the south and into the M-Line semi exclusively right-of-way to the west of Junipero Serra Blvd. The project also included the installation and replacing of existing track, Overhead Contact System, electrical street lightings, track circuit wiring, Vtag loop, sewer work, and street paving. The project is located in the City and County of San Francisco.
