The objective of the project was to increase the facility reliability by replacing aging mechanical and electrical systems in the Southeast Plant 230 and 260 areas. The work included replacing return activated sludge valves and pumps, dewatering pumps, secondary treatment air blowers; furnishing and installing hydraulic power unit, valves, electrical enclosure, electrical and concrete associated with the work.
